Proof of concept and founding
We began work with the goal of building a platform for local businesses to improve their rankings on Google Maps.
Beta version released for testing
Initial beta version is launched. Foundational software that simply helped business owners request reviews from their customers through email.
October 2023
March 2024
Version 1.0 and launch
Feedback from Beta program analyzed and UI improvements completed. Version 1.0 of the software is released to the public.
Added Text and Email Features
Added the ability to request reviews through text, and additional email templates released.

Review widgets feature released, giving business owners the ability showcase their reviews on their websites.
Social Media Sharing
Visually captivating templates added to easily share positive reviews received to social media profiles.

Physical products released
After pairing with a manufacturer, physical review stands were made available for purchase to facilitate review requests for in person businesses.
AI Replies
Added option to deploy an AI Bot specifically designed and trained to be an expert in Reputation Management to automatically reply to reviews.
