Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders come standard with free shipping within the continental United States. International orders may have a small shipping fee.
How do I program the stand?
All cards and stands come pre-programmed. You won’t have to do any programming yourself.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
Not at all! All you have to do is open the package, marvel at your new stand, and put it somewhere convenient for your customers to see it.
Do my customers need to be tech-savvy to use this?
Nope! Your customers simply tap their phone on your review stand and they will automatically be taken to your review page where they will rate you 5 stars and click submit.
Can I use this if my business has multiple locations?
Absolutely! We support everything from small businesses to large corporations.
Do you offer more colors?
For now we only offer white but black is coming soon and if there’s a specific color you would like let us know.
Do you offer other products?
For now we are only selling the stands but business cards are coming soon for businesses that are more mobile like carpet cleaners, HVAC, etc,.
Do you offer a bulk discount?
Yes! If you buy 3 stands, the 4th one is free. If you want to buy in larger quantities please contact us so we can discuss further discounts.
Where are you based?
We are based in Texas, US. There are plans to open locations in Toronto, CA and Monterrey, MX to offer free shipping across all of North America.
What is the software for?
The software we offer to pair with your new review stand will not only help you get more reviews, but it will make sure you only receive positive ones.
